At Wipe Less Live More, we want your experience β from order to installation β to be seamless and stress-free. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how to return it if needed.
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days of payment confirmation (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays in Thailand). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are packed in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. The contents will not be identifiable from the outside.

We deliver across all of these countries, including major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, London, Sydney, Toronto, and Bangkok. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
We're confident you'll love your Wipe Less Live More product. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund β no questions asked.

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for a standard return. Please contact us to discuss your situation β we will always try to find a fair resolution.

Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims follow the same process as standard returns β email us with your order details and a description of the fault. Warranty replacements are shipped free of charge.
